Grando Bayrakli is a multi-family residence in the heart of Izmir, Turkey. The brief was to merge different sizes of units and retail into a single multifamily complex.

The building features twelve 3+2 units , fifteen 2+1 units, fifteen 1+1 units , twenty 4+2 townhomes and twelve retail shops. With a whole underground parking .

Traditionally Turkish apartment buildings are quite modular and made up of same units copied over and over. The real value Grando Bayrakli brought to the neighbourhood is the diversity it provided.
